In 2024, refugee needs have escalated dramatically, with more people than ever displaced by conflict, persecution, and climate-related crises. According to the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) 2022 Global Trends report, over 89 million people worldwide have been forcibly displaced from their homes.
