Below are a list of organisations around the UK where you can drop-off your unwanted items.
The Aid Hub and Distribute Aid
Locations: Coventry
The Aid Hub works closely with Distribute Aid to collect aid for their regular routes that run from the UK to Northern France and Lebanon. You can submit aid offers to Distribute Aid, where they will carefully match these items with the receiving groups based on need and demand. Distribute Aid also offer shipping on an ad-hoc basis to many other locations across Europe, the USA, and Lebanon. Hope and Aid Direct
Locations: Multiple locations across the UK
Hope and Aid Direct collect and deliver aid where it's most needed. They are primarily active in and around Ukraine, however they also support projects across Europe, such as in Northern France. They collect items according to specific needs from the ground from and welcome the donatinos of corporate donors. They also collect aid in designated drop off points.
GRACE: Grace Refugee Aid Community Enterprise
Locations: Leegate, Greenwich
GRACE is a small charity based in Leegate, South-East London. They collect donations of clothing, furniture, food and other essential supplies from the local community to sort, pack by item & re-distribute for refugees and destitute families both locally and abroad. GRACE network with other established charities and regional groups, collaborating to support refugees in France, Serbia, Greece, Syria.
One Nation UK
Locations: High Wycombe, London & across the UK
One Nation delivers aid containers every month from our various drop off points across the UK. We collect your generous contributions and deliver to the most needy areas in Syria. Throughout the year One Nation has been promoting an Amazon wish list. A wish list which allows donors to purchase medical equipment, this is then delivered to the One Nation warehouse. Items are loaded into containers with various other equipment and supplies and sent to Syria.
Get Rid Of And Donate
Location: UK
Get Rid of and Donate CIC recycles and redistributes unwanted items donated by people in the community, items such as clothes, shoes, toys, books, household items and furniture supporting people in need and those in difficult times . Donations can be dropped off at their community hub on Sunday's between 1-2:30pm UKT at St Faith's Community Centre, Red Post Hill, London SE24 9JQ, and between 2-2:30pm UKT at Edward Alleyn Club, 85 Burbage Road, Herne Hill, London SE24 9HD.
Hospitallers
Locations: London, UK
Hospitallers is a Ukrainian voluntary organization of paramedics. Its members are doctors and people of various professions and ages who volunteered to join the first aid squad and deliver life-saving support to all in need. Hospitallers require the ongoing and prompt provision of medicines and medical equipment to deliver emergency aid. Donate anything from the list of current needs so Hospitallers get provided medical supplies in the shortest possible time.
DropPoint
Location: UK
DropPoint is a database of information for charities and non-profit organisations that helps provide the public with information about donations drop-off points. They can help you pass on your unused clutter to charitable organisations across the UK. The aim is also to encourage people to make ethical decisions, recycle and reuse items. Please note there are cheap courier options for donors and charities to post things to each other if they are far away.
Care UK Charity (Refugee Aid NW)
Locations: Cheshire, Choltron, Manchester, Buckley, North Wales
Care UK Charity collects and distributes practical items to people in need. They quality check unwanted donated items or excess stock, and where appropriate, pass on to those in need, either at home or abroad. This can range from items of clothing to large items to furnish homes.
