All Hands and Hearts

All Hands Volunteers are a disaster relief organisation.

Where is it?

Texas, Florida – USA, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Nepal, Mozambique, Philippines, Bahamas, Peru.

What will I be doing?

All Hands and Hearts are a disaster relief organisation. They are one of the first organizations to enter a disaster zone. You will be helping muck and gut homes, clear debris, and sanitize the homes from mold. You could also be working on the school rebuild projects.

What impact would I have?

You will address the immediate and long-term needs of communities impacted by natural disasters. As one of the first organisations to enter a disaster zone, they restore hope to suffering communities and help them to rebuild their lives.

Who would I be working with?

You will be helping with the local communities that are affected by the disaster. You will also be working with other partner organisations on the ground, as well as the many other volunteers on site.

Minimum Age

Minimum age for day volunteers is 16; for residential volunteers it is 18.


Accommodation is provided in a communal living environment, typically in a church or community centre.

Texas Hurricane Programs in Houston open to March 2020 and in Coastal Bend/Rockport open through to Aug 2020. Southeast Texas Tropical Storm Imelda open from September 2019 Puerto Rico Hurricane Program in Yabucoa currently open through to Mar 2020.
Mexico Earthquake Program in Oaxaca currently open through Dec 2019.
Florida Hurricane Michael Program in and around Youngstown currently open through to Dec 2019.
Nepal Earthquake Program reopens 20th Oct 2019 until 24th Apr 2020.
Nhamatanda, Mozambique open from end of August 2019. Philippines opens 20 January 2020 until April 2020. Peru opening from 1st December 2019.
