Lighthouse Relief

Lighthouse Relief

Lighthouse Relief fills gaps in humanitarian support for people seeking refuge in Greece.  Since our early days responding to the emergency needs of people arriving on the Aegean island of Lesvos, our services have evolved to meet shifting needs and circumstances.

Today our activities revolve around three programmatic pillars: 1) long term psychosocial support for children, youth, and people with particular vulnerabilities living in refugee camps,  2) immediate emergency assistance for people experiencing homelessness, food insecurity, or otherwise precarious situations in Athens and 3) access to social services and integration support activities. Across everything we do, we take a holistic and sustainable approach guided by, and in cooperation with, those we serve. Lighthouse Relief is a nonprofit humanitarian organisation registered in Sweden and in Greece with no political or religious affiliation.

  • Where is it?

  • What will I be doing?
